How long will my product take to process?

All products have different processing times. Processing time and shipping time are calculated differently. Processing time is the time it takes for me to prepare your order for shipment. Shipping time is the amount of time it takes the post office to deliver your mail. which I cannot guarantee. Due to COVID-19, please expect potential shipping delays.

Listed Art: 5-7 Business Days

Commissions/Custom/Made to Order Art: 2-3 Weeks, more or less, depending on the product and my current workload. It is my responsibility as the artist to agree on a timeline with you while we are discussing the project, so don’t hesitate to bring it up.

How do I care for my Spaces of Peace Pendant?

All pendants come with a pendant care card for your reference. Do not wash your jewelry with water. Use a gentle cloth to shine the stone and wire. Avoid introducing your jewelry to water at all- do not bathe with the jewelry on. If your product is made with sterling silver, please reference this guide. Always avoid introducing cleaning agents to stones.

What is your current shipping process?

Processing Time: After you place an order, you new art is packaged to ship by me. Currently I try to go to the post office once a week, between Thursday and Saturday. I wait until the end of the week to gather as many packages as possible. I may go to the post office multiple times a week if I get many orders.

Shipping Time: Everything past the point of dropping the package off at the post office is shipping time. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, I do offer store credit to replace packages that go missing in the mail.

Do you repair damaged Spaces of Peace items?

Pendants, earrings, and levitation wands are able to be repaired on a case by case basis. Please reach out to me via email or through the contact form.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

I do not. Check out the rest of my store policies.

What is Soy Wax?

According to thecandlestudio.com, soy wax is 100% natural wax that is made from soybeans, a renewable resource. Paraffin wax is a popular wax used in candles in the US, and it is a product of the oil purification process from petroleum, coal, or oil shale. Soy wax burns cleaner and leaves less black soot than paraffin wax, and soy candles burn longer.

Do you accept commissions/custom work?

Absolutely! I accept commission/custom work for pendants and candles. Custom products can be purchased through the shop or via email or social media direct message.

Waste Reduction Commitment

Spaces of Peace is committed to recycling and reusing as often as possible. With the exception of Priority Mail packaging, all of my packaging is recycled and/or recycle-able.
